Pass one: the lineup board
Before supper, each branch gathers for one captioned lineup — names left to right, written on the spot. These boards anchor every candid shot taken later in the day.
Passes two and three: elders, then email
Elders review the candids that same evening while memory is warm, and the labelled set goes out by letter and email within a week for corrections. “Second row, third from left” has started zero arguments since.
